Become a VIP member and visit Cat Cafe whenever you like along with receiving exclusive member benefits. As always all hot and cold drinks are free and unlimited when in the cafe.  

You can simply turn up as a walk in or use our members only booking calendar to reserve your time slots. 

By being a member you will also receive:

• 10% off food.and merchandise.
• 10% off for the bill for any guest you bring with you to the cafe. 
• Ability to book onto any of our events 7 days before general release. 
• A FREE birthday package on your birthday. This includes a reserved table with a helium balloon and confetti, a piece of birthday cake and a treat box for the kitties.  

Notes:

• If you wish to attend as a walk in there may be a slight wait time. Therefore we always advise booking for visits at weekends, bank holidays and during school holidays. 
• Only 3 months commitment is required to be a VIP member. After these 3 months you can cancel your membership at anytime. 

Terms and Conditions:

With a VIP membership you are welcome to visit Cat Cafe Liverpool as often as you would like during our normal opening hours. These are: Monday – Saturday: 10:00am – 18:00pm and Sunday 11:00am – 18:00pm. We are closed every Tuesday for cat naps. Our child friendly hours are 10:00am- 12:00pm Monday to Saturday and 11:00am – 13:00pm on Sundays. If you wish to attend with a child aged 4-9 your visits must be within these hours. Children over 10 are allowed in the cafe at any time. Unfortunately under 4’s are not permitted in the cafe. As a VIP you can attend as a walk in or use our members only booking calendar. If you attend as a walk in we cannot guarantee immediate entry so always advise booking your slot in advance. Cat cafe is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. We are open on all other bank holidays. There may be unforeseen occasions where we have to close the cafe to the public. If this happens we will let all members know via email. If the cafe has to close unexpectidly for more than 5 days in a calendar month then a partial refund may be applied to your membership. This will be assessed on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed. Cat Cafe reserve the right to amend our opening hours and closed days at any time.

All access to the cafe is subject to availability.  There is no guarantee you will be able to enter the cafe if it is full.  The only way to guarantee entry is to book using the members only booking calendar.

Unlimited Hot and Cold Drinks are included in your membership subscription. Cat Cafe always strive to have our full menu on offer but on occasion your favourite drink may be unavailable. No refunds to a membership will be given if a menu item is unavailable. We also reserve the right to amend our menu at any time without notice.

We always strive to have full, fast wifi for customers to use whilst in the cafe. This is not a guarantee and on occasion this may not be available for us. No refunds will be issued on membership fees due to slow or no wifi.

As a member you are given access to book our events 7 days before general release. Events are not included in your membership subscription. These tickets are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis. You will receive a 10% discount on event tickets for being a member. Only members can book onto events before general release.

As part of your membership you will receive a free birthday package. This includes a reserved table with helium balloon and confetti, a piece of birthday cake, a cat treat jar and a card from all our cats. Your membership must be active during your birthday for you to claim this. This can be booked on any date in the month of your birthday. However it must be pre-booked by contacting Cat Cafe directly. Any guests you bring with you to this visit will receive 10% off their bill.

Your membership payment is taken every month on the same date that you signed up. You can amend the payment date in our members only area. When you sign up you are committing to a 3 month membership. After your 3 initial months you can cancel at any time. This can be done quickly and easily in our members area. You will not be able to cancel your membership until 3 months have passed. We reserve the right to increase the cost of your membership after the initial 3 month period.  If we need to increase the cost of a Cat Cafe Membership we will give you 30 days notice of this increase via email.  Our membership fees are evaluated regularly and may be increased over time.

We reserve the right to amend or remove our membership scheme at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel any individual memberships, should we feel appropriate.
